Orders placed with Atmospics Ltd via this website

Payment & Receipts
Payment can be made by using a valid credit or debit card, subject to authority from the card issuer, and is required at the time of placing an order. We accept most leading cards. Online payments can also be made via PayPal, a leading online payment processor which uses the very latest in privacy and security technology. An online acknowledgement of order and receipt of payment will be emailed to the purchaser.

Dispatch Commitment
We will always endeavour to dispatch any order placed via the website within 24 hours (orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday).

Delivery
Within the U.K. delivery is by Royal Mail First Class.
Delivery to other countries is either by Air Mail or surface mail.  These options and relevant prices are shown with your shopping cart.  As postal services are entirely outwith Atmospics Ltd’s control, no estimated delivery times can be given. 

No liability will be accepted for any failure or delay in delivery, wholly or partially, due to an Act of God, war (whether declared or not), fire, explosion, riot, civil commotion, restriction by government or other competent authority, strikes, lock-outs, failure in supplies or any other cause beyond our control.

Customs
When you order goods from Atmospics Ltd for delivery outside the U.K. you may be liable to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach your country. Any such charges for customs clearance will be borne by you. You are advised to contact your local customs office for further information. You will be considered the importer of record and therefore you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. You should also be aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by the customs authorities.

Cancellation of orders
Orders for delivery within the E.U. may be cancelled (in accordance with the U.K. Distance Selling Regulations) at any time up to fourteen days after delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for details. If the delivery address is outside the E.U., the above is our minimum standard, but if your jurisdiction has stronger terms, we undertake to honour them when advised.

Complaints Policy
Any complaint must be made in writing and will be dealt with promptly, effectively and confidentially. Every effort will be made to resolve the complaint within 5 working days. All complaints are recorded.  Working procedures will be reviewed as a result of any complaint received to avoid a recurrence of the situation that gave rise to the complaint.

Our Rights
We reserve the right to change or remove without notice the information on this website. Prices, goods and availability of products are subject to change at any time. Atmospics Ltd also reserves the right to withdraw its service at any time, to refuse the service to any customer without giving a reason, and to amend these Terms & Conditions of Business.

Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.   If you are dissatisfied with any part of it, you must advise us in writing, stating your name and address, the Invoice Number, and details of the goods you wish to return, within fourteen working days of delivery.  You will then be obliged to return the unwanted goods (which may be all or part of the order) at your expense.  You will also be required to exercise reasonable care that the goods are not damaged in transit.  The return address is: Atmospics Ltd, 37 Newsham Road, Blyth, Northumberland, NE24 5TJ.  You must include your name and address and the Invoice Number, with the returned goods.  If, after cancellation, you do not return the goods, you will be liable for our direct costs in recovering them.

We will refund you as soon as possible after receipt of your notification of returning the goods for the cost (including delivery) of the goods you are returning.

More information on your right to cancel from your purchase within the fourteen working day cooling-off period is available at the U.K. Department of Trade and Industry's website.

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item that you ordered, we will send you the correct one as soon as possible. You will not be charged for the incorrect item.
